2019  •  visual identity  •  Merkle makes semiconductors that builds on top existing processors for increased computing performance and is looking to offer end-to-end services around it. They approached me to implement their visual identity—at that time, non-existent—which could be adapted to an extensive, yet-to-be-determined, sub-brands. An identity was built around a system of abstract leaf shapes, in reference to a Merkle tree and the forests of the Pacific Northwest.

These sub-brands are examples; they do not necessarily correspond to any specific business direction.
