2018  •  cookbook design  •  We were tasked to design a text-only cookbook from a selection of recipes with the specific design direction being our choice. I settled on a design system using West Coast, North American, style typography which builds complexity in detail and prefers small tweaks to tricky edge cases over uniformity and consistency as seen in contemporary European Graphic Design.
